We've experienced a playback error. (Error 6036)

There could be a problem with your computers graphics card.

 

This is the error I get when I am trying to use Microsoft Silverlight.  I have attempted to uninstall and reinstall to no avail.  I have also looked for older versions and all I can find are the new.  Any help would be appreciated.
