I don't know if this is the right forum to use, but I have a question.

I read, if you are an existing customer, you can get streampix for $4.99 a month.

Do you still have to pay extra for each movie you watch, or is it all included.

XFINITY Streampix is included at no additional charge in the following packages. Check your current bill if you’re not certain of your package name.

Triple Plays:

• HD Preferred Plus XF Triple Play
• HD Premier XF Triple Play
• HD Complete XF Triple Play
• MultiLatino Ultra HD Plus Triple Play
• MultiLatino HD Total Triple Play
• MultiLatino HD Complete Triple Play
• Alchemy HD Preferred Plus Triple Play
• Alchemy HD Premier Triple Play
• Alchemy MultiLatino Ultra HD Plus Triple Play
• HD Preferred Plus – Tenant Triple Play

Video / Internet Packages:

• Blast! Extra

If you do not have one of these packages, you can add Streampix for an additional $4.99 a month.

When you say "Do you still have to pay extra for each movie you watch" are you referring to Just In and New Release movies that are On Demand like Hugo, Footloose (2011), and Puss in Boots? If so, they are not included in Streampix. You can browse our Streampix content here or by going On Demand under Premium Channels.

I have Blast! internet service (only one type shown on your page here: http://www.comcast.com/Corporate/Learn/HighSpeedInternet/highspeedinternet.html)

but do not get StreamPix.  I called Comcast billing and after an extended hold time they said it required TriplePlay.  This is in direct conflict with what you state.  What gives?  Was the rep mistaken?  They don't seem to know much about the service yet.

You have Blast internet and not Blast Plus or Blast Extra. Blast Plus is shown at the top of the page that you linked in your post.

To get Streampix, please upgrade by checking out our offers to current customers or you can add Streampix for only $4.99 a month.

To find Streampix content on the iPad:

Install and then open the Xfinity TV App and click the Play Now tab. Look under Networks > Streampix to see all the Streampix content you can watch on your iPad/iPhone/iPod Touch.

To find Streampix content on your laptop:
