Every time I want to watch something on infinity the black screen comes up, the little blue lights flash accrose the screen and then a message comes up :error code 560 please refresh. I have clicked on 3 different refresh areas and nothing happens the error code 560 please rerfresh keeps coming up. I called comcast and they had me do some stuff and then they reboted my system from there area and still it does not work. It worked fine in the past and for the last week or so it quite.. ANY IDEAS?????????????????
