I have a MacBook pro with more than the minimum requirements. I have installed and uninstalled Silverlight three times, and continue to get the message
"We notice you do not have DRM support enabled for Microsoft Silverlight (Error 6013).
For instructions on how to fix your problem click below."
I have followed those instructions, and they do not solve the issue. Can you?
This is quite frustrating for a long-time Comcast customer, and in stark contrast to all your marketing about ease of access for "improved" services ... .
