I can get videos to play in google but not xfinity top videos of the day.

Please go to www.xfinitytv.com/computer and copy the information you see on-screen and paste it in this thread so we can further assist you.
Also, are you getting an error message or a blank screen? Please be as specific as possible with this issue.

I am getting no error message.Videos play when I open up google, but when I use the xfinity browser, when I go to play the Top Videos on the home page, they will not play unless I go to full screen mode.

I have tried other browsers and then went to the xfinity home page and the Top videos do play by doing that.

There is something with your IE 9 web browser that is preventing videos from playing videos. Try uninstalling and then reinstalling IE 9 and watch a video again.

This seems to be the patent answer for the plethora of complaints concerning "top videos flash on and off" and the solution should be a slam dunk when intructing how to correct this. Why is it when I use Google Chrome explorer and then sign into comcast top videos, they play, but the audio is extemely low, but again, they play. Xfinity is a joke.
Also while I have your attention, xfinity will not let me load my google search bar on the home page. Sounds like a bit of software blocks are preventing users from getting their preferred sites and information. I suggest you correct these errors before you lose additional customers.
