i've watched many movies on my computer using xfinitytv online. I'm attempting to watch the dark knight right now on my computer but when i click on the movie and hit play on the website. It takes me to the movie page but instead of playing it keeps saying "obtaining authorization". I made sure i was logged in and i was. i went to manage my devices to make sure i wasn't over my number of devices allowed to be logged on and i wasn't.... so i can't figure out what is wrong and why i can't watch movies on my computer anymore. I tried to watch a different title and that didn't work either. please respond with a solution

If you are seeing locks, try deleting your cookies and cache and then try again.
Also, is TNT coming in on your TV? Is TNT On Demand through your box working?
Thanks,
