avromlitin,
What version of Windows are you using?
Also, try using a different web browser and let me know if it works. This is not a permanent solution but it will help us narrow down your issue.
Thanks,
Joe

The program does not recognize any of My 5 Motorola cable boxes. I think it is an issue with the account setup as the TV and Internet are billed seperatly. I have tried to create an ID but so far this process does not work.

trying to watch videos online and with the xfinitytv app as well as control my 5 cable boxes.
From the app it cannot find any boxes.
From my laptop I have now been able to view "the office" If I try to watch "south park" I get the message "Comedy Central Subscription Required" even though I have comedy central on my TV

avromlitin,
Make sure that you are signed in with your Comcast.net e-mail address or Comcast ID. If you are not signed in or are signed in with a non-Comcast account, our site will not be able to verify your subscriptions.
I know you created a Comcast ID already but did you create it with your account number or Social Security number?
Also, are you located within the USA?
Thanks,
Joe

I am currently in Japan trying to watch shows. Will it not work in foreign countries? I can get it to read the DVR but then it won't start playback. It says "Starting playback" with the wait part below but will never start the show...

I am signing in with my comcast email account.
I have tried multiple of my email account signins but it does not seam to matter.
When I try the IPOD app it States " A subscription is required to watch this premium content."
and "No eligible TV's is displays in the upper left corner"
I know you created a Comcast ID already but did you create it with your account number or Social Security number?
I think it was created with the account number. Is it possible to delete and recreate the ID?
Also, are you located within the USA?
I am Located in Chicago

I don't know how I missed your post from last Saturday.
Unfortunately, we do not have the rights to stream content internationally. If you are physically located outside of the United States, you will be unable to watch videos on our site
Sorry,

Joe, question: i see your answer that xfinity won't work outside U.S. because of licensing issues, but on another website for HBOgo, it says that HBOgo will, in fact, work if you are outside of the U.S. and it also says that HBOgo does have a contract with xfinity and Comcast, so shouldn't we at least be able to watch HBOgo via our Xfinity Comcast account?
