Anyone in the Mount Juliet, Tn area have this problem? For the last 3 weeks i have only been able to receive about 20 channels out of my 300 available, I am now down to 2. I keep getting the same response from Comcast, unplug the cable for 5 seconds, unplug the power for 5 seconds. I have had nothing but trouble for the 4 years i have had cable at this adress.
I understand that problems happen but they can't get a truck out to us until 7 days from now and that will make it a full month from the time this problem started. How am I supposed to write them a $200 check for a month of digital cable when i have only been able to receive 20 channels? That is the part that frustrates me. Even the on demand channels are schetchy.
Does anyone have any advice? Thanks for letting me rant.

Is it happening on one or all tvs? Are you using a splitter? If so, try removing it to see if that makes a difference. Also check to make sure all your connections are tight from the cable outlet to the tv.
