Hi,
We have a Motorola DVR HD cable box. For the past few days, hitting Guide or 'My DVR' makes a black screen (with PIP). No DVR programs or guide information appears. All channels still work when I type in channel numbers.
I've uploaded a photo to show you all what I mean; this is the 'guide.' Any help would be appreciated.

If you have not already, always start by powercycling the DVR, unplug the AC power for two minutes then power it up again. That clears many issues like this.

We've had the same problem...While yes unplugging it does help, but it's become a nuisance when it's multiple times during the day...any other suggestions
