Cable box, lousy service.

How long does it take to resolve a technical issue on a cable box.


In my case, 3 weeks......yes, 3 weeks, with no resolution.


Frozen screen, no on demand, missed shows, hours on the phone with technicians that can't even see what the problem is.


Oh yeah, and a technician sent to my house, with, again, no resolution.


Moving on from Comcast.

I've escalated the issue to the regional management team to take a look.
