I have a cable box It is a Scientific Atlanta Explorer 3250HD. Last night it worked fine, When I got up this morning, it said "boot". I tried to power it on and off, nothing happened. I tried unplugging it for both a few minutes and a longer period, nothing. Do I need to bring it to the office for a new one?
