I got the cablecard on June 1st. Called and activated it. (atleast they said it was). It has been paired (according to phone reps). I only receive the non encrypted channels. (VERY BASIC). I for example don't receive ESPN, CNN, Comedy Central. Nor the HD channels, except for over the air local HD ones.

Cp Auth received
The one thing that stands out is it says "Not staged"
I'm not sure what that means. I have read it should read Staged, though.
They have allegedly sent multiple hits to my Tivo Primer. Still no improvement.
One other thing is someone on a forum said something about the wrong oob frequency?
I also, have a Scientific Atlantic M- Series cable card.

tried the phone calls. many times. today i tried again after swapping the cards at the office and it has been busy ALL DAY

the problem is comcast has your account provisioned incorrectly, you need to call them and have them set it up with the correct package and channels and they need to reprovision the cards. Unfortunately thats really all anyone here can tell you.
