ANYONE HAVE ANY IDEA WHY C0MCAST CANNOT FIX HD RECEPTION PROBLEMS. IT IS SO BAD THAT IF RECORD A PROGRAM WE HAVE TO USE STANDARD RECEPTION TO SEE THE WHOLE PROBLEM. BEEN DOING THIS FOR OVER A YEAR AND COMCAST HAS NO ANSWER.

What did the tech do or tell you when he came out? If you haven't had a tech out to troubleshoot your signal issues, then that needs to be done. Signal issues, especially local to your location don't fix themselves, a tech needs to be involved.

Have the tech check on your caps lock problem too. It seems to be stuck.

The HD channels keep breaking up to the point where the program is unwatchable. I had a technician out a few days ago but he couldn't find anything wrong with the connection in my home. Now what???????
