DVR WILL NOT REWIND OR PAUSE TV PROGRAMS.

The DVR I installed yesterday will not pause or rewind a tv program. I see a light flash on the DVR when I press the pause button on the remote but, nothing happens.

unplug to reset, post the model number please.  comcast might not have enabled the dvr functions on your account.

Of course when I really need it during the Olympics...Please tell me how to fix the rewind/pause...it was working until 8.6.12
