First you have not told us much to go by:
1. Were you ever able to record your shows online?
2. What error message are you getting if any?
3. What browser are you using have you tried other browsers?
4. Do you have a compatiable dvr to record the shows online?
5. Have you setup the dvr manager up online?
6. Can you record a tv program using your remote?
7. Are you having problems recording a show or serious or both?
8. What happens when you click on the record or record serious button does a menu pop?
9. What os are you using?
10. In you dvr manager settings do you see your cable boxes or dvr listed?
