I just bought a new TV for my living room after having your cable services for a little over a month now. I had them set up the box for my 3rd TV and activate it, but now when I hooked it all up it says "Your explorer set top is not authorized for use". I called a while ago and they said they would send a signal, but it still doesn't work. Please help.
