Came home to the "One Moment Please" black out screen on all channels when watching live TV (ref code S0a00) but I can access my DVR and my box is still recording shows during the black out and they come in just fine as if nothing is wrong. I cannot access On Demand through the box but can do it through the app on Xbox Live. Anyone else have this problem? I have a tech coming in a few days but looking to see what if anyone else has this issue.

I called Comcast and they tried a Signal restart like three times but to no avail. I tried all the usual tricks (unplugging the power, reconnecting the co-axial cable, making sure the inputs were connected) but it did not work.

I am having the same issue. I have triple play and my internet and phone are working fine. Called customer service with no solutions. DVR is not working either.
