I just had two of these boxes stop connecting to the cable. One slightly after the other. I checked all the input cabling and have tried connecting the box where the working internet modem and the working TV tap out their signal. So far no luck. I thought at first it was low or lost signal, but it is appearing to be a problem with the comcast interface. Any ideas? I noticed there is a new digital box replacing this one. Has the protocol changed?
