We just resolved that problem...after talking to a handfull of customer service reps and unsatisfied with an appt for friday afternoon we called back and chose the option to cancel an appt...that guy was awesome! He said that when we called to activate the box, someone didn't put in what channels we have so it's like we had none at all. He rebuilt the box while I was on hold and abut 3 minutes later we were in business. Takes about 24 hrs for the entire guide to load. Give them a call and ask them to check it out. Hope this helps!
