Abruptly, we lost picture a few days ago on one of our TVs. The TV has one of the small digital converter boxes on it. We get sound fine. The picture works with non-Comcast sources (DVD - VCR). Everything is plugged in and appears to be working properly, but no picture. Yes, we made sure the DVD and VCR are off when we try to watch Comcast source. As I said, thsi was abrupt. That set and box worked fine until a few days ago.
Can it be a fault/failure of the digital converter box itself?

Thanks! It took a while, but I finally got through to someone at 1-800-Comcast. They had to reset the box, but now it works. Appreciate the response though.
