No picture on the local channels

I have sound but no picture on the local channels ( 2,4,5, and 6). IS anybody else having this problem and has anyone asked Comcast what the eta of fixing it is?

same problem here and the Titans game starts in 11 minutes :smileysad:

I'm having the same problem.  I've tried calling Comcast, but their phone system either tells me it's not currently working (the phone system) or directs me to the website to help with my problem.  I'm currently sitting in the queue for LiveSupport to see if I can get an answer.  I'll update once I can actually get a hold of someone.

Update:  My wife just called from the fitness center, and they're having the same problem there.  Looks like it's a local issue here in Middle TN.  Let's hope they get this fixed soon.  Friends and fam are over for the game...

I connected an hd over the air antenna and I got abc and cbs and fox hd just an option till comcast fixes the **bleep** system again
