No sound from channel 6 (Denver PBS station

My sound works fine on all the channels I get except PBS, Channel 6, denver.   I've emailed the station and they say they have no problems.  What to do?

Helllo,

Call comcast 1-800 comcast and report it to them. You pay for comcast service it is there responsibility.

If you're using a DTA, press the LANG button on the DTA remote.
