Hey guys, just had my comcast cable/internet installed. Have been on vacation since the day after they installed it. Got home a few days ago and realized that we had some problems. They are:
1. No HD channels(besides local) on one of our HD boxes. Basically channels 200+ are "Not Authorized" even though I have an HD box and are paying for HD service..?
*Have called twice now, each time they refresh the box then tell me to call back. The last time I called she told me that was all she could do to help me. Boo.
2. Internet is no longer working. No connection, nothing. Battery and Internet light are blinking continuously.
*Have tried unplugging it or cycling it and basically everything thats been suggested on here. Nothing working.
3. Some channels will not rewind. Is this normal?
*Couldnt find any info on this forum about it.
Any one able to help fix these problems?
Getting tired of being transfered to other departments to try to resolve any one of these (which is not happening), and have spent about an hour on hold over the last day or so.

sounds like you need a tech visit to your home. your hd issue is either caused by the lack of signal or your account not coded properly. Your modem lights blinking means no signal. Not being able to back up a recorded show could be an issue with the dvr. I would get a service call set up ..
