OnScreen Guide and DVR listings are too big to read

Ever since the guide upgrade, the On Screen Guide and My DVR listings are displaying in a font that is too large. This cuts off the left and right sides of the screen, making the lists like "My Recordings" unreadable.  Sometimes this will resolve itself after a while... but with no consistency.

 

Any help available?

Try hitting HD Zoom on your remote until it says "normal"
