I just received a motorola RNG200N. The pause button does not work while watching live TV. (it does work watching On Demand). Is there a way to enable this?
My old silver moto box could pause live TV.
Also, I am trying to view the guide in 16:9 frame. It is set to 4:3 frame. Could not find an option under setup. Old box had the guide in 16:9.
what color remote did they give you? pausing live tv is a function of the dvr hard drive, you might have the wrong remote or your dvr is not coded right at comcast, do you have any problems recording and watching shows.
with the box off press menu on your comcast remote that will bring you to the config screen where you can change the screen size options.
The remote looks like the old one, a darker shade of silver. Wow DVR recording does not work. It attempts to record, and rEC is displayed on the box, but after a minute it stops. No recordings will play.
