Anxiously awaiting your update. Everything I have recorded on my DVR is suddenly out of sound sync (sound delay). It's so bad that it's unwatchable. Why can't I have a single month where I don't have problems with Comcast and its equipment? Grrr.

couple of things.
This is a user to user forum you are not talking to comcast.
The title of your post Is dvr manager unable to sync, dvr manager is managing your dvr from your pc or mobile device which is not what you posted in your message.
What is anxioulsy awaiting your update mean?
If you are experiencing a sound delay issue with all the recordings on your dvr and not just one that would normally be a network issue, but since you say its on everything i would unplug the box to reset it.
If that does not work, call comcast for a box refresh. If none of that works, I would swap the box.
