I got my HD reciever yesterday. My son call and had someone help him hook it up.I waited over 45 minutes before turning all on.I am only getting a few channels. When I try to key in a channel it keeps resetting itself to channel 1361. I would like to get to my regular local TV channels and soapnet channel. How do I do this? Please help.

Unplug the box and plug it back in, wait 10 mins and try and change the channel again, if its still not working its possibly a bad box, unfortunately.
