Hello, Xfinity- you are seriously irritating me. The guide is TBA and has been for five days, at least. And, there seems to be no way of calling you up to find out what is up? Is anybody paying attention there. There are satellite dishes, you know.

It is the TV with a cable box. This is just a small box not the large one. This just started recently. FYI, we tried disconnecting the power for 1/2 hour last night. Still not working. Disconnected power & cable very early this morning. Just checked and to be announced still shows.
