Can someone tell me how to get Comcast to keep their scheduled appointments for a technician to show up? I have scheduled and confirmed with them on three different occasions, waited at home only to have them never show up. They are very nice on the phone however this is the worst customer service I have ever received from a company.

move to a place where there are lots of technicians. Do you live in the midwest?
