There are many boxes in florida that have that function. Have you called comcast and asked if the new multiroom dvr service is available in the area. The feature is nice to have but I find it very rare that I am away from my cable box and have a need to schedule a recording as the dvr is usually set or the show is able to be seen again many other ways.
