OK..My question is probably general. Being non-computer literate I have not been able to find the answer to my question. I would like someone to respond in simple language and explain the difference in Comcast and Xfinity. Both names appear on my email accounts and in other areas and I have never been sure why or what makes the difference in the two names. As I originally signed up with Comcast, and I still a Comcast customer or am I now an Xfinity customer or am I a customer to both?
Thanks,
aka

Comcast is the corporate name. Xfinity is the branding name that Comcast has given to their Television, Internet, and Telephone services.
So you are still a Comcast customer. Payments still go to the same corporation.
