Hi. My cable box keeps rebooting. The time stays on 12pm and I don't have access to channel listings, dvr or ondemand. I receive cable, but it just keeps rebooting. Anyone else with these issues?

If the set top box has enough space to keep the box from overheating, the next step would either take the box to your local comcast office for a swap, or call it in, and schedule a tech to come out and replace it.
