Your error indicates a signal issue. It could be local to your home, neighborhood, or more widespread.
Please post your location, as your the 2nd one tonight with signal issues.
You should attempt to call Comcast support and report it, the more reports, hopefully the faster they will get it fixed. it needs to be reported.

I am also getting that code on two cable boxes so am I correct in assuming there is an outage issue in the Auburn Hills, Michigan area?
Hard reset does nothing to change the results but the inband screen shows a POOR rating of 24SNR
