what manufacturer is TCL, the remotes have mostly codes for top tier manufacturers, you might be hard pressed to find one that works on an off brand tv that is composed of parts from many manufacturers.  If i were you I would google who makes that tv and then see if you can use that code.

Try using the RCA codes. IT worked for me but I have comcast remote silver with red OK button

so my codes are 5 digit codes. I used 11447 on mine. The RCA codes for your remote are one of

these if it works (    0047, 0038, 0090   )   Hope this works for you

I used the remote code for an RCA LCD TV for my TCL TV.  It worked.  That code is 10047.  The difference between the remotes with the red and gray OK's seem to be that the red uses 5 number codes and the gray used 4.  Just place a "1" in front of any 4 digit RCA codes you have. The other RCA LCD TV code listed is: 11958.

I have the Silver with Red OK-Select Button remote.  there is no code for my TV.  It is brand new the a 40" TCL.

Might there be a unpublished code for this?
