sound cutting in and out after tech was at my house

a comcast tech was at my apt yesterday 8/7/12 , now after he left my sound is cutting in and out, Checked all my connections on boxes etc , seem ok. Whats going on comcast, please help

I am having the same issues with the sound not coming through, and I have not had a tech visit my home, I am also getting two channels on one, the picture of one and the sound from another channel. We need help!!
