xfinity/Comcast Remote setup for new TV and sound bar

I have a Coby 4626 LED TV and a Samsung HW-E350 Sound Bar.  I did a  remote code search and found a setting for the remote to turn the TV on and off but can't figure out how to make the Comcast remote operate the sound bar.  My remote user guide doesn't list Coby TVs or Samsung audio amplifiers.
